摘要
目的:优选童乐咀嚼片的最佳成型处方。方法:在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交设计试验进行筛选,以多指标综合评分法对该咀嚼片成型处方及工艺条件进行筛选。结果:本片剂最佳成型处方为:蔗糖:乳糖:甘露醇=3:1:1,粘合剂为15%PVP的95%乙醇溶液,加1%硬脂酸镁压片,使得童乐咀嚼片成型性最优。结论:童乐咀嚼片成型处方合理,工艺可行。
Objective： To ensure the optimization of forming ingredients of tonglejujue tablets. Method： Ingredients are screened by single factor test and orthogonality;the forming capability of the tablets is expressed reasoningly by the synthetic mark of many index. Result： The forming ingredients of the tablets were ensured. Conclusion：It is believable to apply the mark for expressing reasoningly the moulding capability of tablets.
