摘要
目的优选损伤复元颗粒的最佳醇提工艺。方法以丹参酮ⅡA、阿魏酸、浸出物为指标,采用正交试验法,考察加乙醇量、乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间四个因素,对损伤复元颗粒的最佳醇提工艺进行优选。结果最佳醇提工艺为加饮片总量15倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论优选得到的最佳醇提工艺稳定、合理。
Aim To optimize ethanolic technology of sunshangfuyuan granules. Methods The optimum ethanolic technology were investigated by the orthogonal test through four factors,with Tanshinone Ⅱ A, ferulic acid and the rate of harvesting of the extract as the indicators. Results The optimal extraction technique was to extract 2 times for 1 hour each time with fifteenfold amount of 80% alcohol. Conclusion The optimum ethanolic technology is stable and reasonable.
