摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定脑芬泰软胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液（30∶70）;流速为1 ml.min^-1;检测波长320 nm。结果阿魏酸进样量在3.25-52.00 mg.L^-1之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9 999）,平均加样回收率为100.63%,RSD为1.63%（n=6）。结论本方法操作简单、快速,可用于脑芬泰软胶囊的质量控制。
Aim A method was established for determining the content of ferullic acid in naofentai soft capsule by HPLC.Method Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid（30∶70）as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1and the detection wavelength was at 320 nm.Results The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range from 3.25 to 52.00 mg·L-1（r=0.9 999）.The average recovery was 100.63%（RSD=1.63）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,and can be used for the quality control of naofentai soft capsule.
