摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT及多平面重建对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值,提高对颅内脂肪瘤的认识。方法:回顾性分析14例颅内脂肪瘤患者的多层螺旋CT表现及多平面重建图像表现。结果:颅内脂肪瘤多层螺旋CT特征性表现为中线及附近的脂肪密度影,CT值-25~-120Hu,平均-61.6Hu,病灶边界清楚,无明显占位效应。多平面重建图像能清楚显示肿瘤形态、大小、合并的畸形及与周围结构的关系,能全面、立体地显示病变特征。结论:多层螺旋CT及多平面重建技术在诊断颅内脂肪瘤中有很高的临床应用价值,其多平面重建技术可以任一平面重建图像,能与MRI相媲美,弥补了轴位CT图像的不足。
Objective To investigate the diognostic value of muhislice CT and multi-planar reconstruction in intracranial lipomas in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods The multislice CT and multi-planar reconstruction films manifestations of 14 intracranial lipomas were reviewed retrospectively. Results Multislice CT typical findings were the fatty density lesions in the midline and paramidline region with clear boundary and without mass effect. The CT value was from --25 to --120 Hu,with the mean value of --61.6 Hu. Multi-planar reconstruction films could clearly show the shape, size, accompanied dysplasia and relationships with neighbor tissues of intracranial lipomas, so multi-planar reconstruction films could more completely and stereoscopically show these characters of intracranial lipomas. Conclusion Multislice CT and multi-planar reconstruction techniques have a high value to the diagnosis of intracranial lipomas. Multi-planar reconstruction can reconstruct images at any plane, and equals to the MR images, so it can make up the disadvantage of axial CT scanning.
