摘要
在实验室由环氧氯丙烷制得3-氯-1,2-丙二醇,后者与十二胺反应制得十二烷基胺甲基乙二醇,再与硼酸在甲苯中反应制得棕红色黏稠液体状十二烷基胺甲基乙二醇硼酸酯DAEB。根据红外光谱确证了DAEB的化学结构。根据水溶液表面张力测定值求得25℃时DAEB在蒸馏水中的临界胶束浓度为5.0×104mol/L,该浓度水溶液的表面张力为29.9mN/m,表明表面活性良好。在量筒中用振荡法测定,50mL1%DAEB水溶液的起泡高度为160mm,半衰期>12h。加入1%DAEB、0.2%CMC、0.2%CMS及0.2%KCl的4%膨润土微泡沫钻井液,无论原配制状态还是在80℃、120℃滚动16h后,稳定时间均>24h,各项性能良好,表明耐热性好。
A boron containing surfactant, dodecylaminomethyl ethylene borate ( DAEB ) was synthesized through 3-chloro-1,2-propylene glycol formation from epichlorohydrin, reaction of the glycol with dodecylamine to give dodecylamino-methyl ethylene glycol, and reaction of the substituted glycol with boric acid in toluene. The end product, DAEB, was a brown-red viscous liquid ; its chemical structure was identified by IR-spectrometrical analysis. The cmc value of DAEB in distilled water at 25℃determined by surface tension measurements was of 5.0 ×10 ^-4 mol/L and the surface tension at cmc was of 29. 9 mN/m, which indicated good surface activity of DAEB. The foamability of DAEB was excellent as shown by foaming height of 160 mm(50 mL 1.0% solution) and foam half life 〉 12 hrs. A micro-bubble,aphron base,drilling fluid,composed of 4% bentonite, 1% DAEB,0. 2% CMC,0. 2% CMS, and 0. 2% KCl, as prepared and rolled in 16 hours at 80℃ or t20℃ ,showed good performance and heat resistance in laboratory evaluation.
