摘要
介绍了羟丙基淀粉的制备原理及工艺,阐述了各种制备工艺的优缺点,并指出了应主要从淀粉颗粒的预处理、催化剂的选择和环氧丙烷的加入速率3个方面来改进羟丙基淀粉的制备工艺。论述了羟丙基淀粉在油田生产中,尤其是作为降滤失剂应用的研究进展,并提出可尝试通过与其他药剂复配或二次化学改性提高羟丙基淀粉的抗温性能。指出了现阶段羟丙基淀粉制备工艺的不足和大力开展羟丙基淀粉的研究所具有的重要意义,展望了羟丙基淀粉广阔的发展前景。
The preparing techniques for hydroxypropyl starch were summarized, and the advantages and limitations of the preparing techniques were discussed. It was pointed out that the preparing techniques should be improved by the pre-treatment of starch granules, selection of catalysts and control of the addition rate of propylene oxide. The applications of the hydroxypropyl starch in oil fields, especially used as filtrate reducer, were introduced. It was proposed that the temperature resistance of the hydroxypropyl starch could be improved by composition with other agents or secondary chemical modification. The problems in the present preparing techniques were pointed out and the prospect of the hydroxypropyl starch was forecasted.
