摘要 介绍了磺甲基烷基糖苷的制备方法及其在钻井液中的应用。室内实验表明,磺甲基烷基糖苷保持了烷基糖苷的优点,同时减弱了它的起泡性;吸附性、与膨润土的作用能力较烷基糖苷进一步增强;降黏能力、防塌抑制性也进一步提高,加量较小就可达到满意效果;起泡性减弱,抗温性增强,可广泛应用于中深井或超深井钻井液中。 This paper introduces the preparation and application of the sulfonated alkyl polyglycoside in drilling fluids.Lab research shows that the Sulfonated Alkyl Polyglycoside has advantages retain from alkyl polyglycoside,while the foaming tendency is greatly reduced.Compared with the alkyl polyglycoside,the sulfonated alkyl polyglycoside has better adsorption on the surface of the bentonite clay particles,and the thinning and inhibitive capacity are also enhanced.The sulfonated alkyl polyglycoside can be stable at elevated temperatures,and it has a greater solubility in water.It can be used in deep or ultra-deep wells.
