摘要
目的观察丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的临床疗效及其对一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法将42例UAP患者(经冠脉造影证实)随机分为干预组22例和对照组20例。对照组给予常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐注射液(100mg/d),疗程均为14d。观察2组治疗前后症状、心电图的改善情况;测定治疗前后血清中NO的水平。结果干预组总有效率86.4%高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清NO水平均较治疗前明显升高,且干预组(128.29±10.62)μmol/L高于对照组的(78.67±7.25)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐注射液能明显缓解患者的临床症状,改善缺血心电图,提高不稳定性心绞痛患者血清中NO的水平。
Objective To observe the clinical observation of salvianolate on patients with unstable angina （UA）, and the influence on serum nitric oxide（NO）. Methods 42 patients with UAP（confirmed by coronary angiography）patients were randomly divided into two groups ： the intervention group （ 22 cases ） and the control group （ 20 cases ）. The control group were treated with conventional drugs,while the intervention group was administered with salvianolate（100mg/d） additionally. Every group was treated for 14 days. Observed the changes of symptoms and electrocardiogram and record the serum levels of NO be- fore and after the treatments respectively. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 86.4% ,which higher than 65.0% in control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of serum NO levels after treatment was significantly higher than those before treatment, and the intervention group （ 128.29 ± 10.62 ） μmol/L was higher than （78.67± 7.25 ） μmol/L in control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Salvianolate can alleviate the patient＇s clinical symptoms significantly,improve isehemic electrocardiogram, increase serum level of NO in patients with unstable angina.
