摘要
文章在对福建省文化创意产业行业范畴界定基础上,采用回归模型分析对福建省文化创意产业与第三产业中主要行业的就业弹性进行比较,分析结果证明:福建省文化创意产业的就业弹性系数比较高,拥有较强的劳动力吸纳能力,但也发现,其就业效应变动幅度较大,就业容量效应在目前并没能得到充分发挥。
This paper compares the employment volume effect between cultural creative industry and the primary industry, secondary industry in Fuiian Province by use of Fujian Statistical Yearbook and other related statistics on the basis of cultural creative industry in Fujian Province, and employment elasticity be- tween cultural creative industry and the major sectors of tertiary industry. The results show that whether comparing with the primary industry, secondary industry and the major sectors of tertiary industry, cultur- al and creative industries have higher employment elasticity in Fujian Province, that has a strong ability to absorb labor force but instable, the employment effects of changes in employment volume effect has not been fully realized.
