摘要
人力资本是推动四川民族地区经济发展的重要因素,因此四川少数民族地区要实现可持续发展必须直面人力资本开发中存在的问题,必须在剖析具体问题的基础上探讨有效的应对措施。构建适合四川民族地区人力资本开发的机制,对提升民族地区经济自身的发展能力,缩小与非民族地区的差距具有十分重要的意义和实践价值。
Human capital is the significant factor that improves economic development of Sichuan minority areas. So minority areas in Sichuan must face up to issues of human capital development and establish effective measures based on analyzing practical problems. It is significant and practically valuable to set up human capital development mechanism that is appropriate for Sichuan minority areas, which could enhance the development competence of Sichuan minority areas and narrow the gap with non-minority areas.
