摘要
本文对比湖北省内和珠三角地区创意文化差异。寻求文化教育下创意产业的人才培养，并以我校和东莞创意产业园进行深度校企融合为例，阐述创意产业人才培养不能离开文化建设，校企进行深度融合，才能取得创意人才培养成功的生动案例。
This paper compares the province and the Pearl River Delta creative and cultural differences, seek creative industries, cultural and educational personnel training, and the depth of the school-enterprise integration example to my school and Dongguan Creative Industry Park on the creative talent to cultivate cultural construction can not leavethe depth of fusion, schools and enterprises, in order to achieve creative personnel training vivid stories of success.
