摘要
学术泡沫及学术期刊不正常膨胀都有其原因,学术期刊之现状是学术泡沫之果。单个作者或学术期刊的失范行为是自律的失败,而众多作者或学术期刊的失范行为则是他律的失灵、制度的缺陷。期待学术期刊乃至学术创新,先得多从相关的制度方面进行创新。
This paper analyzes the cause and the harm of academic bubble and inflation of academic periodical, considering that the present situation of academic periodical is the results of academic bubble. The failure of self-discipline leads to the misconducts of an author or an academic journal. The failure of heteronomy and the imperfect system lead to the misconducts of many authors or many academic journals. In order to innovate academic periodical and whole academe, we should innovate correlative system at first.
