摘要
剽窃与抄袭,挂名发表与一稿多发,伪注与伪造、篡改文献和数据以及关系稿、领导稿和有偿稿等种种学术失范行为严重地损害了学术研究的健康发展,作为编辑应从本职工作出发,坚守职业道德、加强编辑技术并增强自身学术修养,为规范学术行为尽自己的职责。
The healthy development of academic researches is seriously damaged by various inappro- priate actions such as unauthorized copying, plagiarism, publication with non-contributor＇ s name, double/multiple publication, false noting, fabrication and distortion of documents and data, publication out of relation, leader＇ s concern or dishonesty deal. Editors must stick to the professional morals, improve editing techniques and enhance academic quality and perform the responsibility to normalize the academic activities.
