摘要
学术期刊作为整个学术研究体系中的重要组成部分,是审核学术论文是否符合学术规范,衡量其是否达到发表水平的重要工具。抓好学术期刊的规范化建设,不仅有利于提高期刊的学术质量,促进期刊出版的现代化、编排的规范化、检索的微机化和刊行的国际化,还有利于增强学术规范意识,整治学术生态环境,提高学术研究水平。学术期刊规范的主要内容包括形式规范、程序规范、编排规范和评价规范,其途径主要是外部保障和内部强化。
