摘要
作者对长期制约我国普通高校体育教育质量的内部因素进行深入分析 ,认为它是制约高校体育教育质量的决定性因素 .2 1世纪的我国高校体育教育质量要迈上新台阶 。
This paper has a deep insight in the longstanding internal restricitions on the P.E. qualities of average universities and colleges in China. It is argued that such internal restictions are decisive. And the improvement of the college P.E. quality primarily depands on its self-construction.
