摘要
学校效能研究的兴起为教育评价的改革指出了一条发展之路。教育增值评估是目前学校效能评价领域较为科学合理的一种方法。本文在对某市高中语文进行增值评估模型构建的基础上认为,多层线性模型是较为有效的教育增值评估模型。学生的学习能力水平、入学时的语文成绩以及学生的性别对于其高中语文学习有显著影响;学校学生的平均入学成绩、学校的规模以及学校的文理科比例对于学校的语文增值有显著影响。
The rise of school effectiveness studies has pointed out direction of development for the revolution of educational assessments. At present, as a method of school effectiveness assessment, value-added assessment is a relatively scientific and reasonable way of assessment. Based on the model construction of value-added assessment of Chinese language teaching in high schools, the following conclusions are drawn: 1 )HLM is a better accepted model for educational assessment; 2 )It should be noted that factors such as students' learning abilities, previous scores and gender have a remarkable influence on their study of Chinese in high school; 3)Factors such as students' average score in the entrance examination for high school, the size of the school and its ratio of students in science and liberal arts also have an important impact on value-added measures in Chinese subject.
