摘要
当前的学生心理素质问题已经引起家长、学校和社会越来越广泛的重视。挫折教育是培养学生良好心理素质的重要方法。文章指出当前挫折教育的误区表现为:千人一面,缺乏个性和针对性;两个极端,缺乏耐心和决心;急功近利,缺乏后续指导和教育;空洞说教,缺乏分析和引导。改进的思路和措施在于:因人而异,选择适宜的挫折教育模式;循序渐进,注重挫折教育的过程和方法;感悟挫折,留给孩子自省和反思的时间;家校配合,弥补教育过程中的不足。
The students' problems of psychological quality have drawn more and more attention of parents,schools and society.Among the methods of cultivating students' mental quality,setback education is a good choice. This paper describes the misunderstanding of the present education,and puts forward some related measures from the view of the author.
