摘要
采用PRO/Engineer与ADAMS软件建立了16VPA6STC柴油机配气机构系统的完整数字化虚拟样机原型与多体动力学分析模型,在此基础上对该配气机构进行了系统动态特性仿真分析,得到了进、排气阀等关键部件的位移、速度、加速度以及受力等运动学和力学参数.通过理论数据和仿真数据对比,验证了动力学模型的正确性,分析了不同速度对气阀的影响,为进一步有限元结构分析以及系统优化提供了基础.
The virtual prototype and dynamic model of 16VPA6STC diesel engine's valve actuating mechanism are built by using ADAMS software and the PRO / Engineer software, and the kinematics and dynamic characteristics of the diesel engine valve actuating mechanism are simulated. The displacement, speed, acceleration, force and other parameters of kinematics and mechanics of the inclusive and exclusive valve, and other key components are obtained. Through comparing simulation data with the theory date to verify the accuracy of the model, then by changing rotate speed, the effect of valve speed with different rotate speed are analyzed. The result provides the foundation for further finite element structural analysis and optimization of system.
