摘要
设计并实现了一个具有高度沉浸感和交互性良好的虚拟拆装训练系统.系统采用3ds Max构建船舶辅助设备三维模型,并对模型进行合理简化以提高系统运行速度及实时渲染质量.针对目前层次关系模型和关联关系模型的虚拟拆装系统中未考虑目标拆卸的问题,在原有层次关系模型的基础上引入跳跃拆卸路径的概念,对基于层次关系模型和关联关系模型的拆装结构模型进行了完善和优化.设计的虚拟拆装训练系统解决了基于现实的船舶辅机拆装训练成本费用高,受时间、场地限制的问题,具有推广应用价值.
A highly immersive and interactive disassembling training system was designed. The system uses3 ds Max to construct the three-dimensional model of the ship auxiliary machinery and simplifies the model reasonably to improve the speed and the real-time rendering quality of the system. To solve the problem of not considering the selective disassembly in the current virtual disassembly system based on the hierarchy model and relationship model,the skipping disassembly path was introduced which developed and optimized the original hierarchy model and relationship model. The virtual training system solved the problem of high costs,time and space limitations and the safety risk of reality auxiliary ship dismantling training. What' s more,the virtual system is safe and environmental-friendly. The designed virtual disassembling training system solved the problems of high cost,limit of the train time and space which is based on the reality dismantling training. So,the virtual system has an application value.
