摘要
在回顾国内外知识共享研究的基础上,以建筑施工项目为实例,分析了项目知识共享的本质与内涵,构建了项目知识共享体系。认为项目知识共享应当由项目内部知识共享、项目间知识共享以及组织级知识共享三部分组成,并设计了相应的测量工具。通过对建筑施工企业从事项目管理及相关工作的308名人员进行实证问卷调查,并经过测算分析,验证了测量量表的可靠性和有效性。
Based on the review of the relevant researches in the field of knowledge sharing, this research analyzed the essence and connotation of knowledge sharing, developed the framework of knowledge sharing and designed the corresponding measuring tool of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises. Knowledge sharing of project management consists of three dimensions： knowledge sharing in the project, knowledge sharing between the projects and knowledge sharing between the organizations. The measures of the framework are tested by the samples collected from construction enterprises. Finally, the limitation and the future research are discussed.
