摘要
由于知识流程外包(KPO)具有知识密集度高的特点,知识共享对知识流程外包项目创新绩效的实现尤为重要。从接包方视角,研究了信息共享和项目创新绩效的关系,探讨了任务特征和知识管理能力对信息共享和项目创新绩效关系的调节作用,提出了概念框架和相应命题。
As knowledge process outsourcing （KPO） has the characteristics of high knowledge-intensive,knowledge sharing is particularly important to realize KPO innovation performance.From the perspective of vendors,this paper studied the relationship between internal and external information sharing and project innovation performance,and investigated the moderating effects of task characteristics and knowledge management capabilities for this relationship.We proposed a conceptual framework and the corresponding propositions.
