摘要
针对橱柜门传统加工工序繁杂和效率低的问题,通过对橱柜门结构特点和加工工艺的分析,提出了一种新的橱柜门定位夹紧方法。该方法大大提高了产品质量和生产效率,对实现橱柜门数控加工的规模化具有重要意义。
In view of complexity and low efficiency of conventional cabinet door processing technology and through the analysis of the structural features of cabinet doors and relevant processing technology, a new method for positioning and clamping cabinet doors is put forward, which can greatly improve product quality and productivity and is of great significance to the realization of the large-scale CNC machining of cabinet doors.
