木门门套角部数控加工的夹具结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对木门门套角部加工时多次装夹、多工序、多工位以及加工精度差、效率低等问题,从木门门套结构特点以及数控加工原理出发,分析木门门套角部数控加工机床夹具设计要求,确定出针对"U"型木门门套加工的基准定位面,提出将宽度基准夹紧系统和移动夹紧系统相结合的夹具设计系统,该夹紧系统可通过一次装夹定位,完成45°角部定长锯切、钻定位孔以及钻连接件安装孔等多项加工工序,机械化程度、加工精度、生产效率显著提高,适用不同种类规格门框的加工。 According to the problems of multiple clamping, multi-step, multi-station, poor process accuracy and low productivity for wooden door frame corner CNC processing, from the structural characteristics and principle of CNC machining of wooden door frame, the requirements of fixture design for wooden door hardware hole and slot CNC machine were analyzed, a new method of fixture design for u wooden door frame comer CNC processing was put forward.Using the fixture device,sets of sawing and drilling at an organic whole, sawing fixed-length at comer 45 ° , drilling positioning holes and drilling the connect mounting hole processing can be done with a single position clamping, it is suitable for different type specification workpiece machining, a high degree of mechanization,high accuracy and high efficiency.
