摘要
针对传统立柜门加工工序分散、加工精度低和自动化程度低的问题,通过对立柜门结构特点和加工工艺的分析,进行了立柜门专用数控加工机床的总体设计。其中设计了一种专用的对中夹紧机构,使工件在一次性装夹的情况下能够完成所有工序加工。机架的设计结合了ANSYS分析,得到机架的位移和应力云图,表明机架强度满足设计要求。本设计大大提高了立柜门的产品质量和生产效率,实现了立柜门的数控加工。
For the traditional processing method of vertical doors has many problems,such as decentralized?processing procedures,low processing accuracy and automation,the NC special machining equipment for vertical doors has been general designed,through analyzing structural features and processing technology of vertical doors.And a special symmetrical clamp device has been designed,so that all of processing operations can be completed in the case of clamping the work piece one-time.The frame has been designed integrating ANSYS analysis,and the acquired nephogram of displacement and stress for frame show that the intensity of frame have meet the design requirement.This design has greatly improved the products quality and production efficiency of vertical doors,and achieved the NC machining of vertical doors.
