摘要
目的:研究榆干离褶伞发酵液的体外抗氧化作用。方法:利用比色法测定榆干离褶伞发酵液对羟基自由基.OH、H2O2、二苯基苦味酰基苯肼(DPPH)的清除能力和红细胞自氧化溶血的影响以及H2O2诱导的肝损伤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:榆干离褶伞发酵液具有清除.OH、H2O2和DPPH自由基能力,降低红细胞溶血率,提高肝组织SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性并抑制肝组织MDA的生成。结论:榆干离褶伞发酵液具有体外抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of Lyophyllum ulmarium medea. Methods: The scavenging activities on ·OH, H2O2, DPPH, the auto-oxdative hemolysis of red blood cells, the SOD, GSH-Px and CAT activities as well as MDA level of H2O2-induced liver homogenate were investigated using the colorimetric method. Results: Lyophyllum ulmarium medea exerted the scavenging activity against ·OH, H2O2, DPPH, reduced the RBC hemolysis, decreased MDA and increased the SOD, GSH-Px and CAT activities in the liver tissue. Conclusions: Lyophyllum ulmarium medea possessed an in vitro antioxidant activity.
