摘要
通过对平面自平衡系统的研究,以AVRMega系列单片机为基础,运用计算机控制技术、单片机技术、传感器技术、通信技术以及PID控制原理,研究并设计了能够保持小球在平面上自动平衡的系统。该系统通过软硬件处理,直接使用AVR芯片的A/D转换器获取小球所在平面(触摸屏)上的坐标信息,判断小球运动情况,以此改变坐标平面的x、y轴倾角,保证小球在平面上能稳定于预先设定的定点上。通过实验取得了较好的自平衡稳定效果,有利于平衡稳定系统的研究。
After studying automatic balancing system, based on AVR mega series single chip computer, using PID control arithmetic and technology of computer control, single-chip microcomputer, sensor, communication, a control system of keep the small ball automatic balancing is designed. The system is designed and validated by hardware and software, in which A/D converter of AVR can obtain the coordinates of the small ball onthe touch screen, change the inclined angle ofx or y axis by judging the ball motion situation, and ensure the small ball stable location on the plane. Experiment results show that automatic balancing system is effective.
