摘要
寻北过程自动化是陀螺经纬仪发展的必然趋势,设计了一种以MSP430单片机和电子罗盘为核心的自动粗寻北系统,明显地提高粗寻北速度及精度;单片机通过异步串口实时采集电子罗盘与真北方向角度偏差,控制精密转台旋转,直到仪器处于真北方位±30分以内为止;实验结果表明,系统寻北精度控制在预定范围以内,粗寻北时间也由传统的跟踪逆转点法所需的10分钟左右减少到现在的1分钟以下,为最终全自动寻北节省了时间。
The implement of north--finding automation directs the development of the gyroscope theodolite. An automated coarse north --finding system is designed based on micro processor MSP430 and electronic compass. The system can improve the speed and precision of coarse north--finding obviously. MCU controls the running of precision rotary table with the angle values acquired from electronic compass through serial port in real--time until the gyroscope theodolite is oriented real north within the tolerance of 30°. The experimental results show that the precision of this system is within the range of forecast, the time of coarse north finding is reduced from about 10 minutes which is needed by the traditional way with tracking the reverse point to only 1 minute now, which saves time for north finding automation.
