摘要
目的:总结膜细胞骨架连接蛋白Ezrin与肿瘤的侵袭转移之间关系的研究现状,探讨其在肿瘤转移中的重要作用及复杂机制。方法:应用pubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"Ezrin,埃兹蛋白,肿瘤"等为关键词,检索1999-2009年的相关文献,共检到文献486条。纳入标准:1)Ezrin促进肿瘤转移的机制。2)Ezrin抑制肿瘤转移的机制。3)Ezrin在不同肿瘤中的异常表达与预后。根据纳入标准,精选分析35篇文献。结果:Ezrin可以通过多种复杂的机制,在不同条件下发挥促进或是抑制肿瘤转移的作用。但是Ezrin在不同肿瘤中上调或下调的具体机制尚不清楚。它与其他肿瘤侵袭转移相关因子间的关系及信号转导机制也需进一步完善。结论:虽然Ezrin在肿瘤侵袭转移中的作用具有两面性,但其具体的调控机制和作用条件需要更加深入地研究和综合分析。
OBJECTIVE：This review aims to summarize the research status of the relationship between the membrane-cytoskeleton linking protein Ezrin and tumor invasion and metastasis,and explore the important effects and complicated mechanisms of Ezrin in tumor metastasis.METHODS：A total of 486 papers were searched with Ezrin and tumor as key words in PubMed and CNKI database from 1999-2009.Thirty-five papers of literature are selected and analyzed according to the inclusion criteria as follows：1）The mechanism of tumor metastasis promoted by Ezrin.2）The mechanism of tumor metastasis inhibited by Ezrin.3）The abnormal expression and prognostic value of Ezrin in different tumors.RESULTS：Ezrin can either promote or inhibit the tumor metastasis with various complicated mechanisms in different conditions,but the explicit mechanisms in different tumors is still unclear.Furthermore,there is also a necessity to clarify the relationship and signal transduction mechanism between Ezrin and other tumor invasion-metastasis correlated factors.CONCLUSION：Although Ezrin has dual characters in tumor invasion and metastasis,the complicated regulation mechanism and effect condition should be studied deeply and analyzed synthetically.
