摘要 目的探讨食管鳞癌组织中Ezrin mRNA和蛋白的表达及其与食管癌临床病理特征的关系。方法收集53例食管鳞癌组织及其相应癌旁正常食管黏膜上皮组织,应用RT-PCR检测Ezrin mRANA的表达情况,应用免疫组织化学技术(SP)检测Ezrin的表达。结果食管鳞癌组织中Ezrin mRNA的阳性表达率为73.6%,显著高于其在正常食管黏膜上皮组织阳性表达率20.8%(P<0.05);Ezrin蛋白的表达定位于细胞质;Ezrin的阳性表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度与是否发生淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与食管鳞癌的患者的性别,肿瘤的长度、位置和浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。结论Ezrin可能参与了食管鳞癌的发生、发展和转移,检测Ezrin的表达可作为食管鳞癌生物学行为的一项评估指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of Ezrin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of Ezrin mRNA and protein were detected in 53 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 53 laterotumor normal tissues by RT-PCR and SP immunohistochemistry,respectively.Results The positive expression of Ezrin mRNA were observed in 73.6% of esophageal squamous cell tissues, it was significantly higher than that in laterotumor normal tissues (20.8 % ) ( P 〈 0.05). The positive expression of Ezrin mRNA was highly related to the differentiation and lymphatic metastasis ( P 〈 0.05) ,but was not related to the genders of patients or the length,localization,and invasion depth of carcinoma ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Ezrin may be involved in the genesis,development,and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell. The expression of Ezrin may serve as a valuable marker for prognosis of esophageal squamous cell.
