摘要
新疆高职院校产学研结合起步较早、政府高度重视,但总体发展不均衡,而且政府、企业、行业在产学研结合过程中也都存在一定的问题。具体建议是:政府应加快构建产学研结合的运行机制;高职院校要明确目标,实现全方位、深层次合作;提高企业参与产学研合作教育的积极性。
The combination of production, teaching and research of higher vocational schools in Xinjiang was developed early, and government attached great importance on it, but in the whole, its development is imbalanced, and there also exist some problems in government, enterprise and industry in the process of combination of production, teaching and research, and the material development measures are： the government should accelerate to build operational mechanism for combination of production, teaching and research; higher vocational schools should clarify orientation and achieve comprehensive and deep cooperation; enhance the positivity of enterprise to participate in cooperation of production, teaching and research.
