摘要
校企合作、产教融合改革创新动力主要来自学校、企业和学生,学院为了寻求教学理念创新,加强师资队伍建设,打造双师型教师队伍,给实习学生提供具有真实工作任务为载体的创业及实习场所。企业的动力来自于提高林业职工专业素养的需求,培养方案结合林业生产实际,理论与实践紧密结合,企业文化进校园,提高职工忠诚度。学生的动力来自于工作、学习两不误,相辅相成,校企合作更加紧密。
The motive forces of school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration come from colleges,en⁃terprises and students.In order to achieve the reform and innovation of school-enterprise cooperation and production-education inte⁃gration,the colleges should make out reasonable talents training plan and strength the construction of teaching staff,curriculum system and training bases;the enterprises should try to improve the professional quality of workers and introduce enterprise culture to the students in colleges;students should study hard to improve their ability and quality.
