摘要
通过单因素实验和正交实验相结合的方法对微波辅助正丁醇、正丙醇两种混合溶剂提取姜黄中姜黄素的工艺条件进行了研究.以姜黄素的提取率及溶剂的回收率为考察指标,确定了正丁醇与正丙醇最佳体积比为4:6;并通过正交实验筛选出微波辅助混合溶剂提取姜黄素的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂用量为1:35,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为30min,提取功率为200W.在此条件下姜黄素含量达到4.10%.
To optimize the extraction process of mixed solvents for curcumin in Curcuma longa L. Assisted by microwave, the preparation process of Curcuma longa L. was studied by single factor level test and orthogonal tests. With the extracted percentage of curcumins and recovery rate of solvent as the optimum index, the volume ratios of mixed normal butanol and normal propanol is 4:6. Microwave assisted extracting optimum conditions are as follows: the microwave assisted extraction ratio is 1:35, temperature is 50℃,the time is 30 min and the power is 200 w. The content of curcumin is 4.10% in this process.
