摘要 目的对5种提取姜黄素的不同方法进行比较。方法以各法提取所得的姜黄素含量与得膏率作为评价指标,优选姜黄素的提取工艺。结果80℃乙醇温浸提取姜黄素所得的含量最高,为姜黄素的优选提取工艺。结论该法提取姜黄素含量高,操作简单,稳定可行。 Objective To compare the five different methods of extration process of Curcuma Long. Methods With the content of curcumin and yield of extract as evaluation index, the best extraction process of Curcuma long L. was optimized. Results The content of curcumin extracted in 80 ℃ ethanol immersion was higher, that was the optimum condition. Conclusion The extractive content of curcumin is higher by this process. It is easy to operate and proved to be stable and feasible.
