摘要
针对蓝藻厌氧发酵过程中极易上浮分层影响产沼气效率的问题,采用批量发酵工艺,研究悬浮载体对蓝藻厌氧发酵产沼气过程的影响。结果表明,添加聚乙烯(PE)载体,使累积产气量提高13.7%(P<0.01),蛋白酶活性分别提高8.6%(P<0.05),叶绿素a消减率从21.4%提高到29.8%(P<0.05),COD消减率从41.2%提高到46.2%,挥发性脂肪酸含量也有明显提升。说明使用悬浮载体可显著提高蓝藻的厌氧发酵效率。
According to the fact that blue algae are easily up-floating and stratified during anaerobic fermentation, thereby decreasing biogas-producing efficiency, suspended carrier was applied and its influence on anaerobic digestion process of blue algae was studied using the batch fermentation technology. After addition of suspended PE carriers, cumulative biogas production was increased by 13.7%, proteinase activity was increased by 8.6%, eliminating rate of chlorophyll-a rose from 21.4% to 29. 8% ,eliminating rate of COD was enhanced from 41.2% to 46. 2% , and total volatile fatty acids was also increased obviously. The results indicated the addition of suspended carrier promoted the anaerobic digestion of blue algae.
