摘要
农村户用秸秆沼气池使用中需要进行定期清池换料,以保证沼气池正常产气使用。其中,清池出料工作尤为重要,其工作过程繁琐,人工作业苦、脏、累、危。农村户用秸秆沼气池清池出料操作中需要进行浮壳破碎、秸秆纤维沼渣清除和沼液、沼渣抽吸去除等工作步骤。针对农村户用秸秆沼气池清池出料工作的特点,介绍了相应作业机械的设计,旨在通过机械作业解决农村户用秸秆沼气池的清池出料问题,提高工作效率,减轻劳动强度,促进农村户用秸秆沼气池的推广使用。同时,针对清秸秆抓斗工作的特殊性,对抓斗的形状及运动应用三维软件进行运动仿真分析,优化了抓斗的形状和工作轨迹,以防止抓斗在工作中损坏沼气池内壁。
In order to ensure the normal use of biogas digester gas production , the rural household crop straw biogas gen-erating pit using need conduct regular clean pool and discharge waste .The work of clearing and discharging waste for the rural household crop straw biogas generating pit is particularly important , the working it pretty complicated and trouble-some , and it is bitter , dirty , tired , risk for manual operation .The work of clearing and discharging waste for the rural household crop straw biogas generating pit usually to crush floating shell , remove straw fiber residue , pumping remove biogas slurry and biogas residue etc .Here introduces the mechanical design according to the work of clearing and dis-charging waste for the rural household crop straw biogas generating pit .Through the mechanical operation to solve the problems of the work of clearing and discharging waste for the rural household crop straw biogas generating pit , and im-prove work efficiency , and reduce labor intensity , and to promote the use of rural household crop straw biogas .At the same time , considering the particularity of straw fiber residue grab working , analysis and simulation the shape and motion of grab using 3 D software , optimization the shape of grab and the trajectory of grab to prevent damage the inner wall of rural household crop straw biogas generating pit when grab work .
