摘要
为了确保空间遥感相机的成像质量,设计了采用光电编码器的输出值作为线位移反馈量实现闭环控制的调焦控制系统。从保证航天航空设备安全性、可靠性、高精度、高抗干扰能力出发,介绍了反馈装置的选取原则,阐述了调焦控制系统的构成,给出了调焦控制系统的硬件及软件实现,并对调焦控制系统的精度进行了实验分析。本调焦控制系统在航天相机中的应用试验表明:应用光电编码器的角度量输出值作为反馈量形成闭环控制的调焦控制系统,减少了由于步进电机和机械传动结构本身造成的调焦误差,具有较高的调焦精度,满足总体设计的像平面位置控制精度为±2个光电编码器码值的要求。
In order to insure the imaging quality of space remote-sensing camera, put forward is the focusing control system which adopts the output value of photoelectrio encoder, as line displacement feedback to realize closed loop control. Based on the ensurence of safety, reliability, high precision and high resistance of the spaceborne equipments, selecting principles of feedback equipment are introduced; the composition of the focusing control system is expounded, and its hardware and software are presented, and the precision of this system is analyzed. This system has been applied in the some spaceborne camera, and the experiment shows that: as it decreases the focusing error caused by the step motor and mechanical transmission structure, this focusing control system owns a high focusing precision and satisfies the designed requirement that the control precision of image plane is 2 code value of photoelectric encoder.
