摘要
按照航天产品建造规范要求,为实现产品的高可靠性与稳定性,研制了一种针对航天相机调焦编码器的调试系统;系统以单片机80C32E为核心处理器,实现编码器信号采集、处理、通讯和显示;设计采用组合可拔插结构,方便调试编码器信号并能对选用的电位器与选配电阻建档封存,同时可分析用电阻取代电位器时对编码器精度所引入的误差;针对非专业人员,增添了LCD显示功能,方便读取;该调试系统可以应用在分辨率为80″,精度<±100″的相机调焦编码器中,体积小,易于携带,适合不同场地调试,操作灵活,可视性好。
In order to meet the needs on reliability and stability for aerospace products, the focusing encoder debugging system of the space camera was designed according to the rules of aerospace products. Using the combination of pluggable structure that debug conveniently encoder signal and archive the potentiometer and optional resistors, and analyzing the deviation of encoder accuracy when the potentiometer was replaced by optional resistors. LCD display is easy to read for non--professors. The debugging system can be used in the camera focus encoder whose resolution and accuracy are 80″ and less than 〈±100″. The system is small, easy to carry, suitable for different venues debugging, flexible operation, and good visibility.
