摘要
阐述护理信息学的定义、发展、毕业生就业等,介绍美国护理信息学教育现状,与我国护理信息学发展程度进行比较,指出我国护理信息学尚处于萌芽阶段,从开设护理信息学课程、课程内容、师资组成几方面提出促进我国护理信息学发展的措施。
The paper describes the concept, development and graduate employment of nursing informatics. With the introduction of the current situation about American nursing informatics education and comparison with our own, it states that the development of nursing informatics in China is still on infancy stage, and proposes several ways to promote the development, including offering curriculum on nursing informatics, optimizing the teaching content and teaching staff composition.
