摘要
调查了解山东省医学信息人才需求状况与对拟聘人才的素质要求,预设调查问卷(表)对山东省内34家样本单位和220名在岗职工进行现场调查。结果发现山东省用人单位对医学信息人才有小量需求,倾向招聘高学历、复合型医学信息专业技术人才。
In order to understand demands for medical information professionals and the quality requirements, the investigation group designs a questionnaire for getting first - hand information from 34 sample institutes and among 220 staffs in Shandong province. The result reveals that there is a few demands for medical information professionals, higher degree graduates and inter - disciplinary talents are needed.
