摘要
医院信息化建设的基础是什么?我的回答是院人才队伍建设和基础架构建设。没有一支适应信息化发展需求的人才队伍,是不可能建设好、维护好医院信息系统的。同样,没有一个符合国家标准的、具有良好安全性、稳定性的网络体系也是无法保证医院整个网络系统长期、安全、稳定地运行的。只有打好基础,才能保证医院信息系统安全、稳定、可持续地发展。
The construction of talent team and basic framework is the foundation of hospitals'informatization construction,without which neither can a hospital information system be wel built and kept,nor can it work safely and stably on a long-term basis.Therefore,only when there is a good foundation can healthy,stable and sustainable development of hospital information system be guaranteed.
