摘要
目的:分析某医院电子病历在药学服务领域(包括药品管理、调剂流程、质控统计、合理用药等方面)发挥的作用。方法:采用回顾性调查方法调取电子病历系统在药品闭环管理模式正式上线前后医院用药差错的发生率及全面开展药师审方和处方点评工作后重点监控药品使用合理率的数据信息,比较两者之间有无统计学差异。结果:电子病历信息系统应用前后医院用药差错下降幅度明显(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义,医院各项用药指标及重点监控药物不合理用药情况均得到明显改善,符合国家要求。结论:本研究的调查比较,证明了电子病历系统在医院药学方面确实发挥了积极的作用,能够明显降低用药差错,保证临床用药的及时性和准确性。同时药师对处方的审方和点评工作全方位覆盖,可以大大提升医院用药的合理性,提升医院药学的整体水平。
Objective:To analyze the role of electronic medical records in the field of pharmaceutical services,including drug management,dispensing process,quality control statistics,rational use of drugs,etc.Methods:The incidence of drug errors in hospital before and after the formal launch of drug closed-loop management in electronic medical record system was adopted by retrospective investigation method,and the reasonable rate of drug use was emphatically monitored after the comprehensive development of pharmacist's trial and prescription reviews,and whether there were statistical differences.Results:The error of drug use in hospital decreased obviously before and after the application of the electronic medical record information system,and P<0.001,which was statistically significant.The hospital's various drug use indicators and irrational use of key monitoring drugs have been significantly improved with national requirements.Conclusion:The comparison of this study proves that the electronic medical record system has indeed played a positive role in hospital pharmacy,which can obviously reduce the errors of drug use and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of clinical drug use.At the same time,all-round coverage of prescription audit and review,can greatly improve the reasonable rate of hospital drug use and the overall level of hospital pharmacy.
