摘要 以灯盏花(Erigeron breviscapus)叶片为外植体,比较不同激素及其浓度对愈伤组织的诱导与分化、继代增殖、生根的影响.结果表明:诱导愈伤组织最佳的培养基是MS+KT0.5mg/L+2,4-D10mg/L和MS+2,4-D0.5mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L,诱导率为100%.二者相比,前者长出的愈伤组织较为紧密,而后者松散性好.MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+10%香蕉汁是诱导芽最佳的培养基,达87%;加入0.3mg/LNAA的1/2MS培养基对生根较为有利,达83%. With the leaves of E.breviscapus as the explants,the effects of different combinations of auxin and cytokinin at different concentrations on callus induction,subculture and rooting were investigated.The result showed that both the media MS+KT 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 10 mg/L and MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L were suitable for callus induction,the induction rate being 100%.The medium MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+10% banana juice was the best for plantlet differentiation,with an inductivity of 87%.1/2MS+0.3 mg/L NAA was advantageous to rooting of the shoots and the root formation rate was 83%.
