摘要
随着企业经营环境和组织管理趋势的转变,组织认同议题愈加重要。本文将组织认同置于组织社会化过程之中进行探讨和分析,梳理了组织社会化、契合与认同的内在关联。员工与组织交互视角的组织社会化与个体的前期社会化共同形塑了员工与组织的一致性契合及互补性契合,在此基础上形成、强化和保持员工的组织认同,进而影响员工在组织中的态度、情感与行为。
With the transformation of organizational environment and organization management, the issues with organizational identification have being more and more essential. This paper puts organizational identification in the process of organizational socialization to explore the interrelationship among organiza- tional socialization, P--O fit and identification. Organizational socialization and prior socialization force the supplementary fit and complementary fit between person and organization, on the base of fit, organizational identification is formed, enhanced and maintained, then it influence the attitude, affection and behavior of members in organization.
