摘要
目的对某化工厂全封闭车间存在的职业病危害因素及防护措施效果进行分析。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBZ 1-2002),采用现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测等方法对防护措施效果综合分析。结果该车间主要职业病危害因素为丙酮、噪声。丙酮检测点STEL、TWA合格率分别为77.8%、90.0%,卷曲机单元丙酮STEL最高为1146.2 mg/m3。卷曲机单元噪声强度合格率为66.7%,其余单元均合格。结论在该车间的主要职业病危害防护措施中,空调通风系统需改善,公司职业卫生管理有待加强。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational risk factors existed in the totally enclosed workplace of the company and effects of protective measures. Methods According to Law of the People' s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises (GBZ 1 - 2002 ), the comprehensive evaluation methods about the effects of protective measures were combined with field investigation of occupational health and occupational hazards detection at the operating sites. Results Occupational hazard factors existed in the workplace were acetone and noise. The qualified rates of TWA and STEL for acetone were 77. 8% and 90. 0%. The value of STEL for acetone from crimping machines was 1 146. 2 mg/m3, 66. 7% of noise values of crimping machines achieved the national standards. Conclusion Heating, ventilating and air conditioning system in the plant should be improved, and the management of occupational health should be strengthened.
