摘要
通过对物理专业师范生多年教育实习情况的分析,总结了实习生由于教师职业技能的缺乏,直接影响了教育实习的效果。同时,分析了实习生教师职业技能缺乏的原因,找到了提高师范生教师职业技能的途径。
Based on the analysis of the educational practice of the normal school students majoring in physics in the past years, this thesis draws a conclusion that lack of professional skills influence the educational practice seriously; At the same time, this thesis analyzes the reason why the normal school students lack professional skills, and proposes some ways to improve their professional skills.
