摘要
研训教师是在研训一体意义下的中小学教师的培训者,其社会角色包括社会表现角色和自我表现的角色,前者主要是中小学教师发展的合作者、参与者、促进者与引领者,后者主要是自我反思者、自我学习者、优秀示范者和优秀的学者。
