摘要
中小学教师发展问题是当前的重要问题,中小学的校长应该思考学校是否了解教师发展的需要,为教师提供机会,促进教师的发展等问题。
The development of teachers in primary and secondary schools is important. The headmaster ought to understand teachers＇need for development,give opponunity to teachers,schools＇ appraisal ought to promote teachers＇ development.
