新形势下中小学教师发展评价研究

摘要 教师是教育事业发展的决定性因素之一,只有依靠一流的教师,才能办出一流的教育。教师工作的好坏直接关系到教育教学质量的高低。教师评价能引导教师按照教育规律办事,全面深化教育教学改革,全面提高教育质量。当人们在不断追求学校教育质量时,自然不能忽视教师评价的现实的和潜在的价值。
