不同埋烧氛围BNKT5陶瓷的结构与性能

摘要 采用柠檬酸盐法制备出Bi0.5(Na0.95K0.05)0.5TiO3(BNKT5)无铅压电陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM等测试手段,研究了BNKT5粉体合成温度及陶瓷埋烧氛围对BNKT5陶瓷性能与结构的影响.结果表明,烧结温度为1 130℃时,利用750℃合成BNKT5粉体,在Al2O3粉中埋烧制备的BNKT5陶瓷的晶粒结晶度高,呈紧密堆积,大小分布均匀,具有较高的压电常数、机械品质因数和较低的介电损耗. The lead-free Bi0.5(Na0.95K0.05)0.5TiO3(BNKT5) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by citrate method. Their structure and properties were determined by using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The effects of calcining temperature for BNKT5 powder and atmosphere of burying sintering for BNKT5 ceramics on the structure and properties have been investigated. This study indicated that the calcining temperature 750 ℃ for the BNKT5 powder and 1 130 ℃ in Al2O3 for the ceramics are needed for the BNKT5 ceramics, which possesses packing density of grain, uniform grain in size, good crystallinity and hence higher piezoelectric constant, mechanical quality factor and lower dielectric loss in this work.
