摘要
分析了溶胶凝胶工艺制备Bi0.5(Na0.85K0.15)0.5Ti O3微粉中工艺条件的影响,得到了稳定的溶胶,并在750℃合成了颗粒尺寸为100nm左右的微粉;利用该粉体在1175℃烧结得到了性能较好的Bi0.5(Na0.85K0.15)0.5Ti O3陶瓷,d33=100pC/N,Qm=193.
The Bi_ 0.5 (Na_ 0.85 K_ 0.15 )_ 0.5 TiO_3 powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The stable sol was obtained and the powders with the sime of about 100nm were synthesized at 750℃. The Bi_ 0.5 (Na_ 0.85 K_ 0.15 )_ 0.5 TiO_3 ceramics were sintered at 1175℃ by using these powders. The properties of Bi_ 0.5 (Na_ 0.85 K_ 0.15 )_ 0.5 TiO_3 are relatively good: d_ 33 =100pC/N,Q_m=193.
